Race# 4 Stafford Motor Speedway 
Friday May 18th 2018

CAR# 14M, Driver was required to start last in the Consolation Race for not adhering to a Race Control directive in the heat race. **During the Heat Race the driver was told multiple times by Race Control to pull the car off the speedway onto pit road for fluid leaking. VMRS Officials reported to Race Control (Radio) that a driver’s spotter said that the 14M was leaking fluid. VMRS Official stationed in turn one (1) confirmed that car 14M was leaking from the overflow vent area. After the Heat Race the overflow bottle was confirmed, to be at its capacity (full).
CAR# 14M Fined $50.00, Team left two (2) race tires behind at the speedway in their designed pit stall.

Teams will be fined for any garbage, tires, parts, oil, etc. that is left behind in their designated pit area after completion of the race event.

CAR# 10 Fined $125.00, Team left four (4) race tires behind & a bag of trash at the speedway in their designed pit stall.

Teams will be fined for any garbage, tires, parts, oil, etc. that is left behind in their designated pit area after completion of the race event.

CAR# 12, During the Consolation Race the driver was sent to the rear for not maintaining his lane while battling for the lead, which resulted in another car hitting the wall exiting turn four (4).
AGGRESSIVE DRIVING PAGE# 22 PARA: 2.22.
(A) Aggressive driving will be dealt with immediately by the Series Director during a given event; this includes practice, qualifying and feature events.
CAR# 12 Fined $200.00, Due to a crewmember of team 12 made contact with another crewmember of team 14T after the Consolation Race. Team, Driver/Owner will be on probation for the next three attended race events.
FIGHTING PAGE# 25 PARA: 2.32.
Fighting and/or physicality of any kind will not be tolerated. Violators will be subject to fines and suspension

CAR# 16 Fined $100.00, Driver entered into another teams pit to confront another driver after the completion of the feature.

(2) Aggressive behavior, language, destruction of personal property and/or physicality towards any VMRS officials, the visiting host track and their employees or any race team members of any kind by VMRS individual members, will not be tolerated at any time and will be subject to fines and suspension

CAR# 69 Fined $100.00, Spotter did not respond to repeated calls on the radio from the Spotter Official & Race Control to verify that the spotter was in the designed area, which in return caused a delay in the start of the feature.

(D) All spotters must have two-way communication to the driver as well as the capabilities to hear officials on the race channel. All teams must provide the spotter with a scanner for this to happen.
(G) It is the spotter’s responsibility to notify a VMRS Official of any communication problems with his or her driver CAR# 69 Fined $200.00, Race Control informed the Spotter to report to the VMRS trailer at the conclusion of the feature race. At the conclusion of the feature race, the Spotter was a no show at the VMRS trailer. Nor did anyone who would represent the team show up.

(B) Race teams are responsible for all communication operations and will be expected to have the proper equipment, in working order, before and during a given event.
